ooper Landing, located only 100 miles south of Anchorage, is situated on the beautiful Kenai River.

This road-accessible fishing stream is the biggest freshwater fishery in a state full of huge, fish-filled rivers.

The Kenai River is fished for 4 months during the summer, by 100,000 fishermen.

Most fishermen use a boat to get to their fish, because so much private property lines the riverbanks of Cooper Landing.
