nderson is a little "city" that's 6 miles off the Parks Highway. To get to Anderson, you want to turn at Mile 283.5 and head back into the woods.

Anderson mainly known for its annual Bluegrass Festival, held at the end of July and the beginning of August, and for its huge campground, which is situated along the Nenana River.

Clear Early Warning Site (a military installation) is located near Anderson.
